About the Role
Strident News is seeking motivated, self-driven Sales Representatives to join our team for our flagship initiative, Project Homelessness. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying leads, engaging potential donors (individuals and businesses), and closing sales to support our homelessness impact projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and qualify leads through networking, cold outreach, social media, and referrals
- Present and sell donation opportunities, including our Project Homelessness campaign, to prospective supporters
- Achieve and exceed sales targets to drive campaign growth
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and sales activities
- Represent Strident News and Project Homelessness professionally at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, fundraising, or similar commission-based roles
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
- Reliable internet connection and phone for outreach

Important Note
This is a commission-only contractor position. There is no base salary or hourly pay. Payments are made on a per-sale (donation) basis. Donations are made to a for-profit initiative and are treated as sales without the right to refund or recourse.
